- Ready-made products are generally prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days.
- Custom-made and personalized products may require additional production time depending on the design, quantity, and customization requirements.
- Customers will be informed if there is any significant delay in processing.
2. Shipping Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, product availability, and customs clearance.
Estimated delivery time:
- Pakistan: 2–5 business days
- International Orders: 4–8 business days
These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs, holidays, weather, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs depend on the destination, package weight, order quantity, and selected shipping method. The applicable shipping charges will be confirmed before dispatch.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the package and the products received. We will review the issue and assist with the appropriate solution.
